YMCA Lady Northcote Recreation Camp, located in the picturesque Rowsley Valley and nearby to the Bacchus Marsh area, is seeking a passionate Maintenance Grounds Officer to join their dynamic team.

**About Lady Northcote Recreation Camp**
Lady Northcote Recreation Camp is a bush adventure camp located just 50 minutes from Melbourne, and managed by YMCA Camps. Overlooking rural farmland and catering to schools and groups year-round, the team at Lady Northcote run a variety of programs and activities to suit every group, from archery, bush walking and canoeing by day, to campfires and stargazing at night. Featuring a plethora of indoor and outdoor facilities and full catering options, Lady Northcote Recreation Camp is the perfect place to explore the great outdoors.

**About the Role**
As Maintenance Grounds Officer, you will working with the maintenance team to ensure that the campgrounds and its state-of-the-art facilities are clean, maintained and presentable. You will be responsible for:

- General maintenance of Lady Northcote Recreation Camp, including buildings and campgrounds
- Developing, designing, building and maintaining new garden areas and vegetable/edible gardens, in line with the camp's Environmental Management Plan
- Upholding the values of the YMCA at all times

**About You**
You are a handy person with knowledge and/or experience in gardening principles and maintenance. You possess attention to detail and pride in your work. You are an excellent problem solver with effective time management skills, allowing you to multitask and prioritise work where required. You are a strong communicator, with proven experience in supervising a small team, and can demonstrate the core values of the Y, day-to-day.
