**Description**:
**The Role**:
Based in Mascot, the Purchasing Officer role is a full-time 3-month contract position. The role will report directly to the Senior Procurement Manager and be responsible for purchasing goods and services for all 5B entities.

**Key Deliverables/ Responsibilities**:
Purchasing components for the Maverick product at the right price, quality and specifications
Create purchase orders and manage purchases through to fulfillment
Support procurement and logistics functions as required - including sourcing, and consolidation of master data, and coordination with logistics providers
Provide purchasing updates to demand planning forum as required
Ensure use of inventory where available
Vendor appraisal/management
Support the establishment of supplier trading terms as required

Are you our next All-Star?

Degree qualification in Supply Chain Management or Business could be an advantage.
3-5 years of experience working in a similar role.
Experience working with Odoo ERP system.
High emotional intelligence; resilient
Enjoys the organised chaos of a business that is rapidly growing and expanding globally
Works collaboratively with superior stakeholder relationship management capability
