**Position Summary**:

- Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and assist with managing all aspects of the food and beverage department, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- Reporting to the Director of F&B and assist in managing the day to day running of food and beverage outlets, ensuring the team is providing service excellence through each customer experience
- Be a confident and welcoming leader, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
- Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better
- Ensure the F&B spaces are consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning
- Ensure you and your team uphold all company policies and procedures
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
