We are currently seeking experienced and hands-on Electrical Supervisors for multiple opportunities across Tier 1 mining operations in the Bowen Basin.
These roles offer the chance to lead high-performing teams working on fixed plant or instrumentation control systems in world-class mining environments.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise electrical and instrumentation works across infrastructure and fixed plant equipment
Maintain and troubleshoot Switchgear, PLCs, SCADA, and other control systems
Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards
Manage daily work schedules in coordination with planning and production teams
Lead by example in the field, mentoring trades and promoting a positive culture
What You'll Bring :
QLD Electrical Licence (essential)
Cert III in Instrumentation (desirable)
S1, S2, S3 or G2 (essential)
Coal Board Medical & Standard 11 (or willing to obtain)
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in mining or heavy industry
Strong knowledge of fixed plant operations (conveyors, crushers, wash plants, etc.)
