Core Talent are currently partnered with a leading multi-disciplinary contractor who are actively seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to join their growing team based in Brisbane.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role, working across a variety of commercial projects throughout Brisbane. Ideally they are seeking an experienced electrical site supervisor/ Senior Foreman who's ready to take the next step in their career and has a strong track record of leading successful site teams while working closely with Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate site-based electrical works on commercial construction projects
  • Lead and motivate on-site teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines
  • Work in collaboration with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications
  • Solve technical issues and apply practical electrical knowledge to resolve challenges
Qualifications
  • Cert III in Electrotechnology and a current QLD Electrical Licence
  • 3-5+ years experience in a similar supervisory role within commercial construction
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage individuals and high-performance teams
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
  • A hands-on, practical approach with refined electrical trade skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in subcontractor management is highly regarded
