About The Opportunity
Join CV Services as an Electrical Supervisor and take charge of crews delivering high-quality electrical works across road, rail, commercial, and industrial projects. You'll work closely with Project Managers and Engineers, driving safety, quality, and team development every step of the way.
What You'll Do
Lead and coordinate electrical crews across diverse infrastructure projects
Mentor and support tradespeople and apprentices
Manage resources and schedules to meet project deadlines
Monitor works, resolve issues, and mitigate risks
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Essential
About You
Current QLD Electrical Worker's Licence & Manual Driver's Licence
5+ years' experience in electrical construction
Supervisory or leadership experience
Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
Commitment to safety and quality practices
Desirable
Experience on Energex/Ergon networks
HV infrastructure, substations, large customer connections
Overhead/underground reticulation
TMR networks including Rate 3 lighting
