We are looking to build our care team with experienced carers in the Cairns and Atherton Tablelands regions.We are dedicated to providing flexible in-home care options for those in the aged care and disability sectors, helping people live more fulfilling lives at home and in the community.We Make Lives Better every day through our 4 core values:WOW Customer ExperienceFind a Better WayPassionate About Making a DifferenceAbout the RoleOur focus is on enabling the ageing and disabled community to live fulfilling lives at home, doing what they love for as long as possible.We provide around-the-clock care, with visits scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet client needs.ResponsibilitiesProvide a genuine, compassionate, and personalised care experienceAssist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transport, and companionshipFollow care plans developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)Ensure safety and proper use of equipmentAccurately complete records and documentationWork collaboratively with a supportive teamParticipate in ongoing trainingMandatory RequirementsMinimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support, or Disability, or extensive industry experienceNDIS Worker Orientation Module CompletionNDIS Worker Screener ClearanceReliable vehicle and Australian Driver's LicenseCurrent First Aid & CPR certificationApplication QuestionsApplicants will be asked about their right to work in Australia and their driver's license status.Everyone should be able to live at home, even with a little help.
