- Provide supportto clients in accordance with their NDIS plans
- Assist clientswith daily living activities, such as eating, dressing,bathing and grooming
- Providetransportation assistance to clients
- Provide respitecare to clients and their families
- Keep accurate andup-to-date records of clients' care plans andprogress
- Communicateeffectively with clients, their families, and other members ofthe care team
- Follow health andsafety regulations to ensure the safety and well-being ofclients
- Attend regularmeetings with clients and their families to review andadjust their NDIS plans as needed
- Providetraining and education to clients and their families onhow to navigate the NDIS system
- Participate inongoing professional development to stay current with thelatest developments and best practices in the NDIS field
- A minimumof a high school orequivalent
- At least 1year of experience working with people withdisabilities
- Strongunderstanding of the NDIS and itsguidelines
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solvingand decision-making skillsExperience with CRM softwareand NDIS portalsUnderstanding of health and safetyregulationsAbility to work with a diverse client base,understanding the different support needs of clientsbased on their abilities, cultural backgrounds, andlanguage requirementsBasic care and first aidskills

- Strongcomputer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
