• Provide supportto clients in accordance with their NDIS plans
• Assist clientswith daily living activities, such as eating, dressing,bathing and grooming
• Providetransportation assistance to clients
• Provide respitecare to clients and their families
• Keep accurate andup-to-date records of clients' care plans andprogress
• Communicateeffectively with clients, their families, and other members ofthe care team
• Follow health andsafety regulations to ensure the safety and well-being ofclients
• Attend regularmeetings with clients and their families to review andadjust their NDIS plans as needed
• Providetraining and education to clients and their families onhow to navigate the NDIS system
• Participate inongoing professional development to stay current with thelatest developments and best practices in the NDIS field

• A minimumof a high school orequivalent
• At least 1year of experience working with people withdisabilities
• Strongunderstanding of the NDIS and itsguidelines
• Strongcommunication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solvingand decision-making skillsExperience with CRM softwareand NDIS portalsUnderstanding of health and safetyregulationsAbility to work with a diverse client base,understanding the different support needs of clientsbased on their abilities, cultural backgrounds, andlanguage requirementsBasic care and first aidskills
