Overview / Responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**
- Leads a high performing scheduling team on a major project
- Maintain thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and methodologies relevant to Planning / Scheduling discipline
- Develop thorough understanding of the contract, scope of work, estimate and procurement / contracting plan for assigned projects
- Facilitate early planning sessions with project teams and clients
- Participate in development of project coding structures including relating of schedule activities to cost coding structures

Skills / Qualifications:

- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience of undertaking schedule development and monitoring on large scale oil and gas/petrochemical projects
- Experience of schedule development in brownfield and greenfield environments
- Ability to undertake all schedule development methodologies from conceptual to first principles
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent team management skills in a challenging work environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential
- Ability to build and sustain customer relationships
- Must convey a professional image with customers
- Demonstrated effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
