Trade Scheduler role for a trade office in Mulgrave.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and plans
- Monitor progress and identify potential delays or issues
- Communicate with stakeholders and clients to provide regular updates on

technician timelines and status
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as

needed
- Work closely with customers, technicians, and other team members to

ensure successful project deliver
- Ad-hoc administration duties

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience in scheduling
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and experience in trade scheduling.
