The work is varied and challenging. You would be involved in all types of boat repair and boatyard work ranging from cleaning, polishing, sanding and grinding to major structural repairs and refits.
We are looking for people who are reliable, hard-working and a team player.
Experience in the boat building industry is essential. There is an opportunity for casual and permanent employment.

Requirements of all applicants:

- Proven experience in the boat repair and maintenance industry
- Previous employer referees
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full manual driving license

Highly Desirable
- Certified Tradesman - shipwright (boat builder)
- Own tools of the trade
- Start ASAP

Desirable:

- Non-smoker
- Training in Working from Height (Scaffold Systems), Construction Induction and Marine Induction
