**About the Role**

The successful person will be working within a team of professionals who are customer focused, efficient and effective. An understanding customer needs is important & we offer an attractive package with work/ life balance as a focus.

This is a full-time position with on-the-job training.

As a Admin / Optical Assistant:

- Work with the team to provide personalised solutions for our customers
- Be willing to keep up to date with frame fashions and trends
- Provide a wow experience for every customer
- Provide some admin and retail assistance

Bowral is a 45-minute drive from Western Sydney and offers an idyllic lifestyle with the cosmopolitan flair of Sydney.

**About you**

You will bring your face-to-face retail and admin experience, excellent communication skills, customer service and team focus to our business.
