A leading Retail organisation is looking to appoint a new Head of Enterprise Architecture in what will be a key hire in shaping the path of the business moving forward.

The role of this Enterprise Architecture Lead will be to develop and lead the Architecture practice by creating and implementing strategies and frameworks to align with the organisations goals and objectives. You will oversee the Enterprise Architecture strategy, including the development and maintenance of an Architecture roadmap and framework (both core and digital)

Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect
Experience in leadership and management of Architects
The ability to govern the solution architectures and ensure the delivery of solutions in line with the organisations' quality and standards
Solid awareness of DevOps practices and Agile delivery requirements

**Location**: Melbourne
**Salary**: $240k + up to 20% Bonus
