**Role Overview**
As the Investigations Specialist, you will contribute to the work of the Participants Compliance team by:

- Managing the investigation and enforcement framework
- Managing interactions with Enforcement and, where applicable referrals to regulatory agencies
- Continuing to develop and implement frameworks, processes and initiatives that reflect current and emerging approaches to risk and compliance
- Identifying emerging risks and developing regulatory responses to assist the company to meet its regulatory obligations
- Providing compliance input on proposed changes to, and actively contribute to the development of new policies
- Assisting in mentoring and developing the more junior members

**Skills & Experience**
- A tertiary qualification in law, finance, business, economics or related disciplines
- Established relevant industry or professional experience
- A detailed understanding of the role and workings of financial markets and clearing and settlement facilities
- Proven oral/written communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven negotiating and influencing skills
- Proven presentation skills
- Developing frameworks
- Ability to analyse
- Comfortable using excel
- Demonstrated change management skills
