**Essential criteria**:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40110 inclusive of TAELLN411 and TAEASS502).
- A current HRW licence in the LF class.
- Relevant, verifiable industry experience using a forklift.
- A demonstrated commitment to professional development in accordance with the Standards for RTO's 2015.
- A current ABN (or willingness to obtain one).
- Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance (or willingness to obtain this insurance).
- A student and industry focused approach.
- Excellent ethics.

**Desirable**:

- Previous training experience.
