An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join our award-winning office, Place Ascot You will be part of a highly experienced, knowledgeable, hardworking, yet fun team that thrives on delivering exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and trades. You will receive support from the Property Management team and Directors who understand the importance of property management.
As a Property Manager, you will provide world-class customer service and communication to our landlords and tenants. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure excellent service. The successful candidate will demonstrate high competency and a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of property management.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage your own property portfolio within reasonable proximity of Ascot and Nundah;
- Use your client-centric mindset and strong communication skills to nurture relationships with landlords and tenants;
- Handle property maintenance, repairs, arrears, and lease renewals;
- Collaborate with a supportive team committed to growth.
Skills & Experience
- Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration;
- Possess 1-3+ years' experience as a Property Manager;
- Have a valid Queensland Driver's License;
- Exhibit excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Be adaptable to a fast-paced environment;
- Have a genuine passion for Property Management and People;
- Experience with Property Me, Air Table is advantageous.
