**Retail Outlet Manager**

An amazing opportunity exists to manage our two Sushi Sushi stores at Brisbane Domestic Airport. We are seeking a leader with a passion for inspiring their team, delivering amazing customer service,and serving world-class sushi

This is a full-time salaried position.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Create an environment where the team can deliver the ultimate customer experience
- Proactively seeking out opportunities to meet store KPIs, drive sales growth, and
improve the store's presentation, product and customer experience
- Ensure the store continues to produce only the highest quality sushi
- Manage stocktakes, COGS and labour within the stores, always striving for continuous
improvement.
- Lead an environment committed to food and workplace safety

**What we require from you**:

- Experience in management, leading and motivating a team
- Experience in sushi production and a willingness to learn
- Great communication skills and an ability to lead a diverse team
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for Sushi and the customer experience
