Temp Sales Rep wanted for new, zero-proof bittersweet aperitivo Etota. Manage sales while our Sales Manger is on leave for four weeks, with the goal of joining the team long term. Get us on the menu at Melbourne's leading bars and restaurants, and sold through boutique retailers, bottle-shops and grocers.

Etota is a recently launched, non-alcoholic bittersweet aperitivo made for the mature palate. Extracted, distilled and blended in Byron Bay, Etota is made from 15 fruits, herbs and spices to resemble classic apéritifs that are bitter and red wine based.

Etota was formulated by two bartenders, who understand how to create cocktails and have been doing so for many years in award-winning bars.

We need a Temp Sales Rep, to manage sales while our Sales Manager is on leave for four weeks, to get Etota on the menu at Melbourne's best bars and restaurants, and sold through boutique retailers, grocers and bottle-shops.

You're right for us if; you have hospitality, retail or sales experience, know the Melbourne restaurant, retail or bar scene, are great with people and are passionate about the craft drinks industry.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for;
- Managing the sales CRM
- Taking over all active prospects to close new accounts
- Meeting new prospctive stockists and dropping off samples
- Managing current accounts
- Working to achieve monthly sales targets
- Direct sales to bars, restaurants and retailers
- Sharing progress with the Director
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings, but the skillset to secure clients virtually
- A strong connection with Melbourne's food, restaurant and bar scene, while continuing to network and meet new people

Please note this is a four week temp role while our Sales Manager is on leave from 20th July to 16th August, with the opportunity to become a pemenant contract role, if accounts are secured.
