**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct art and craft classes for children aged 4 to 14.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that cater to various age groups and skill levels.
- Teach a wide range of artistic techniques, including painting, drawing, sculpting, and crafting.
- Foster a positive and creative learning environment.
- Assess and document students' progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and achievements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Art & Craft Teacher or similar role.
- Degree or certification in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field preferred.
- Strong artistic and creative skills, with proficiency in various craft techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire creativity in young learners.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
