**Position Summary***
As part of the Studio Operations team - this position will have production, organisational and technical impacts and accountabilities related to our key Vision Switching operations, workflows and associated equipment and systems.
To ensure the broadcast of all Fox Sports Studio productions, within the scope and responsibilities of the position, is error free and meets or exceeds the required high level of technical and production standards.
To co-ordinate and upkeep maintenance of all Vision Switching related production files, equipment and current/future production systems, for error free, high standard output. Maintain and update style and "how to" guides.
To work with multiple internal & external stakeholders to produce a high-quality output, maintain professional & positive working relationships, and to provide creative input and operational problem solving into production, equipment and processes where required.
Due to the Company's production requirements, the ability to work shift patterns which consist of evenings, weekends and Public Holidays is essential.
**Major Areas of Responsibility**
Assist with &/or perform all operational, organisational and administrative tasks, as requested within the scope of the position and team.
Provide professional, pro-active and effective communication with all staff & production stakeholders at all times.
Assist with Vision Switching related staff training. Perform training tasks. Contribute to planning & assessment & review of new staff training. Document & update training information as needed.
Maintain strong knowledge & skillsets and complete all production tasks of a Vision Switcher.
Co-ordinate and communicate information and workflows for operational, studio graphics and "show build" requirements for internal clients, ensuring high quality support for Directors and Producers, both on and off air.
Maintain operational understanding of other Studio relevant roles
Maintain and build professional relationships with all relevant clients, stakeholders, teams and staff at all levels. Professionally communicate to adapt to a wide variety of personal styles.
Adhere to, and give input into Fox Sports Style guides where required.
Document, provide input to, adhere to, amend, communicate and store any broadcast & production procedures.
Liaise with other operational & technical Fox Sports departments to ensure the high quality and integrity of production output is maintained.
Liaise with producers, stakeholders and other studio staff about production requirements, to ensure content is current, accurate and relevant
Continually adjust production information, workflows, systems & equipment accordingly for successful broadcasts.
Provide creative, technical and operational input, into existing or future programs, where required
Provide input and advice on new production workflows and technology changes, where required.

Perform all other reasonable duties, within the nature and scope of the position, as requested by the Company.

**Preferred Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge Required**
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Vision Switcher on diverse, live studio productions with a demonstrated technical understanding or related systems.
Demonstrated experience with the "WatchOut" System
Strong computer literacy preferably with working knowledge with iNews and ScheduALL.
Ability to organize information and maintain style guides using Microsoft Office
Understand modern studio production workflows and facilities
