With NAB, you'll make a genuine difference through the work that you do. Located at the vibrant 700 Bourke Street office, NAB Fraud Operations division are looking for their next Fraud Analysts to help combat scams and any fraudulent cases in Australia.

**Your new role**

Are you ready to make an impact for a safer society?

Working as a Fraud Analyst for the Digital Fraud and Anti-scams team, you'll gain extensive exposure to variety of fraud prevention strategies.

On a day to day, you'll be accountable for:

- Assessing any red flag or potential fraudulent alerts
- Transaction monitoring and investigations to identify any fraudulent activity and scams
- Contacting the customer via outbound calls if their accounts are compromised
- Educating victims of fraud and ways to protect their accounts moving forward
- Liaising with other banks and internal departments

This role is a full-time 12-month temporary assignment, paying $34.33 per hour + super.

There is opportunity to become permanent or contract extension.

You will need to have 24/7 flexibility as the team are working on Monday to Sunday rosters, which includes overnight shift.

**Please note that you will be entitled to penalty rates if you work past 7pm on weekdays or if you work on weekends.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous 1+ years of Banking / Call Centre / Case Management experience is essential
- 24/7 flexibility to work on a rotating roster across the week, including weekends and public holiday
- Effective verbal and written communications skill
- Strong resilience and work ethics
- High energy individual with the ability to problem-solve
