These roles are hands-on, high-impact positions focused on designing, developing, and delivering complex Salesforce solutions across cloud platforms and enterprise domains.
Strong banking experience is highly desirable for this role.
Please note, Sponsorship opportunities are also available.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions (APEX, Lightning)Solve complex technical challenges and contribute hands-on to codebasesCollaborate across teams to align technical efforts with business outcomesMaintain CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot integrationsEvaluate new Salesforce releases and ensure code modularity and maintainabilityStaff Engineer Additional ResponsibilitiesSet technical direction and standards across teamsLead large-scale product development from inception to deliveryMentor and sponsor engineers to elevate team capabilityInfluence technical outcomes across portfoliosTechnical RequirementsLanguages/Frameworks: Java, Apex, JavaScriptSalesforce: 8+ years experience, multiple certifications required, highly regardedCloud Platforms: Salesforce Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCPDevOps Tools: GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD (Copado), OdasevaBonus: nCino product knowledgeIdeal Candidate ProfileProven track record of delivering Salesforce products (GitHub/GitLab examples required)Experience in complex domains (e.g., Banking, Finance, Aerospace)Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, OOP, and design principlesDemonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities (Staff)Strategic thinking and high organizational impact (Staff)Interested?
