**About the Role**
As a **Trainee Service Advisor**, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. You will learn how to:
Greet and assist customers with their vehicle servicing needs
Schedule service appointments and provide accurate cost estimates
Communicate effectively between customers and the workshop team
Process service invoices and maintain accurate records
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery

**What We're Looking For**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who:
Has a passion for the automotive industry
Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills
Is eager to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment
Has basic computer skills and attention to detail
Holds a current driver's licence
