Automotive Parts Advisor Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Advisor Trainee.

This is an excellent opportunity to commence your career within the automotive industry, where you will learn practical skills from a mentor or qualified staff in a real working environment.

You will develop a good technical knowledge of vehicle parts, assist customers with their queries, and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

The role involves dealing with goods inwards, locating vehicle parts, rectifying orders, arranging returns, and liaising with other members of staff.

To be successful in this role, you will require good communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
  • National 5s or above in English and Math and one other subject.
  • Good core skills in IT, communication, numeracy, problem-solving, and working with others.
  • Driving license preferred but not essential; local driving duties may be expected to assist with deliveries.
  • A desire to work in the automotive industry, good computer skills, organisation and attention to detail, and ability to work in cold and dirty environments.
