**About the role**

The Workshop Team Leader will be responsible for planning and execution of work schedules and supervising all aspects of valve repairs and maintenance in accordance with company, HSE and Quality standards.

- Primary Responsibilities
Supervision of staff in all aspects of valves repairs and maintenance services.
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders.
- Planning and execution of work schedules.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Quality Management Systems.
- Implementation of workshop maintenance and safety schedules.
- Training and development of personnel inclusive of Apprentices.
- Maintaining and installing a high level of HSE compliance.
