About the role
We're seeking a Business Planning and Strategy Specialist to play a key part in the successful implementation of the Customer Service Strategy, which encompasses people, process, and technology.
You'll join a team that will support the development of the Customer Service operating model blueprint and work closely with Customer Service stakeholders to support it's implementation.
As our Business Planning and Strategy Specialist, you'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It's meaningful, challenging and exciting work.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Assist with the development and implementation of the Customer Service strategy- Assist in analysis of trend impacts across industry relating to Customer Service strategy and operations- Collaborate with Customer Service operations team and provide support with managing third party contract variations- Coordinate monthly scorecard and ensure Contract Management- Support preparing and reviewing Statement of Works for third parties- Analyse, investigate and work with service providers and stakeholders to implement commercial improvement initiatives
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
- Experience in audit and compliance- High level of attention to detail and the proven ability to facilitate the timely and effective completion of compliance and Internal audit actions- The ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders-
- Experience in managing relationships with vendors
