Australian Events Marketing Pty Ltd organise industry leading events throughout Queensland, in New South Wales and Victoria. We are a proud family-owned company based in Toowoomba.

We are seeking to appoint an individual within our Sales Division to assist in terms of sponsorship and advertising opportunities for our portfolio of events. This rare and exciting opportunity will suit a motivated, experienced and engaging individual who enjoys a challenge.

Reporting to the Exhibition Director, the key focus of the role will be sourcing and contracting sponsorship and advertising opportunities to our exhibitor database. Working closely with other Event Consultants and our Marketing Division, this newly created role will provide opportunity to the successful applicant to ensure overall Event success for our sponsors, prize-givers, exhibitors and visitors alike.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Management of sponsorship, prize and advertising agreements and communications with sponsors and prize givers on a regular basis.
- Ensuring that sponsors and prize givers receive related marketing promotions attributed to their offering.
- Promoting selling and engaging sponsors and exhibitors for multiple events meeting individual event targets and sales goals
- Creation of prospects and opportunities for exhibitors, sponsors and prize-givers.

**Key Requirements**:

- Sales experience
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of the Office365 environment
- Customer service and very high PR skills
- Team player who works well independently
- Proactive and organised approach
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
