About the role
The Regional Asset Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering a diverse range of asset and facilities services to a cluster of Calvary Aged Care Services homes through an inhouse asset team and a range of contracted services providers, ensuring high standards of performance, customer service, safety, administration and compliance in line with the Asset management plan and service delivery model.
The Regional Asset Manager also provides support for the broader regional facilities and asset management programs and initiatives to meet operational and service delivery objectives.
This position coordinates the asset operations and allocated contractor works for Metropolitan and Regional sites across Victoria. The role will manage contractor involvement through Calvary's facilities management processes, contracts, and oversee numerous facilities operations daily asset activities.
**Your main duties will include**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key site stakeholders, including Calvary's Home Managers and Maintenance Officers, to assist with activities scheduling and planning, proactively identifying issues and working collaboratively on responses and solutions.
The role will provide support to recruiting, coaching, developing and influencing each onsite Maintenance team, to create a high performing network of specialists who are all working in accordance with Calvary's facility and asset strategy(s) to maximize the performance and life of Calvary's facility assets at the lowest total lifecycle cost.
In collaboration with the National Asset Manager Aged and Home Care, General Managers, Home Managers and Maintenance Officers, this role will provide a safe, sustainable and home like environment for our staff and residents through the timely delivery of approved capital works programs, unplanned and planned maintenance, and compliance with required standards and controls for safe operation of homes.

You are a great communicate and work well in team to create strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive worker that recognizes and adheres to safe work procedures while taking ownership of their activities.
You are precautious of hazards and take the necessary action or escalate them.
You have a Diploma, Advanced Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience.
