Senior Leadership Role

The Senior Leadership Role - Assets Capability Advisor is a pivotal position within the Operations Directorate that provides assets and state operations teams with comprehensive emergency management expertise.

Key Objectives:

  • Provision of strategic emergency management guidance to enhance operational performance
  • Leadership and direction to the Assets and State Operations teams
  • Accountability for making Readiness and Response decisions on behalf of the organisation
  • Active undertaking of operational command and control functions during regional and state-wide operations

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound knowledge of emergency management principles
