**Casual Legal Secretary/Personal Assistant/Legal Typist Needed - Immediate Start**

We are seeking a capable and experienced **legal secretary, personal assistant, paralegal, or legal typist** to assist a lawyer on a **casual basis** over the next few weeks. The role involves providing support for a **family law hearing** and general file management tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organising and preparing legal files for an upcoming family law hearing
- Filing and document management
- Time costing
- Other administrative tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with **LEAP** legal practice management software
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and training
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work over the **Christmas break**

**Location & Flexibility**:

- Work primarily from our office in **Oatley** or **Blakehurst**:

- Some tasks may be completed **remotely**

This position requires someone who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately. If you are reliable, efficient, and ready to start, we'd love to hear from you

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oatley, NSW 2223
