We are looking for an experienced Customer Service and Administration to join one of our valued clients based in Belmont for a 6 month assignment

The role will be a 38 hour per week opportunity and will be looking to pay $40 per hour

The role involves:

- Covering the front counter meeting and greeting clients
- Dealing with clients over the phone and in person
- Update and maintain databases to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
- Creating and editing reports for Hiring Managers
- Undertake typing and processing of various reports, memorandums, correspondence and other associated tasks as required.
- Rescheduling appointments
- Filing of paperwork

This role is to commence ASAP on a casual engagement for an approximate period of 6 months however this may be extended. Suitable applicants should have:

- Previous relevant experience in front-line customer service and relevant administrative experience preferably working within a technical environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people and groups to ensure delivery of a high level of customer service.
- Good organisational and administrative skills, with ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines and complete tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both as a member of a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Sound research and written communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills with the ability to exercise initiative and good judgement when required.
- Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential matters.
