**Position Overview**:
As a Production Planner at Trymoss Engineering, you will be a key member of our operations team responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring materials are readily available, and contributing to the timely delivery of our engineering projects. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient workflows and upholding our commitment to quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to develop production schedules and timelines.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet changing demands and priorities.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials and components to support production requirements.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels and identify opportunities for inventory optimization.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to manage lead times and delivery schedules.
- Evaluate production capacity and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to production planning and scheduling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and bottlenecks.
- Continuously analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in production planning, preferably in an manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using production planning software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
