
Regional S&Op Planner

**Job Function**:
The Regional S&OP Planner is responsible for overall demand/Supply/inventory planning for ANZ region (SCC &SBM)
**Duties**:
Demand/Supply Planning
- Drive monthly demand review / SlowEx /forecast accuracy meeting with Sales in countries assigned.
- Lead root cause analysis in forecast discrepancy and implement solutions to improve forecast accuracy.
- Drive accurate demand information from Sales team on countries assigned to drive timely replenishment.
- Manage the supply planning of make parts for SBM to ensure sufficient materials for local plant production in support of the demand for entire AP region.
- Manage the supply planning of trading goods from US/UK/Korea/Belgium for assigned region.
- Chair and lead monthly supply planning process to ensure alignment and a single set of numbers is driven for supply planning.
- Work with Operations, plant technical, buyer and master scheduling personnel regarding supply/demand imbalances and resolve supply issues.
- Prepare monthly regional reports and updates. Maintain material safety stock settings for Finished Goods and Raw Materials
- Provide clear concise summary of demand supply outlook to S&OP manager.
Inventory Management/ SlowEx/Additional roles
- Accountable for delivering agreed upon inventory and DOH targets for the region, by partnering with countries sales/operations to strike balance between demand and supply.
- Take full ownership and accountability of SlowEx process for region assigned. Focus on identifying slow moving SKUs and work with commercial /R&D to deplete or rework.Drive reduction of SlowEx impact on P&L YoY.
- Develop MRP plans and propose optimum purchase plan for the region to maintain overall good inventory health.
- Assist the manager in data consolidation, analysis, reporting and preparation of presentation materials.
- Able to take on additional roles in S&OP function if required.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years work experience in demand/ supply planning, raw material planning, production planning and regional planning
- Meticulous and detailed orientated
- University degree and above
- Excellent organizational, communications, collaborative and interpersonal skills.
- Able to identify and analyze opportunities for improving process throughout supply chain
- Excellent skill in SAP, Excel, and presentations
