**About the opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Planner, within the Consumer Team. The purpose of the role is to deliver a supply plan that supports the demand plan within the inventory policy guidelines of the TTI Consumer business.

**Reporting to the Supply Planning Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Execute the supply planning process within the Inventory policy guidelines
- Deliver the supply Risks and Opportunities to the plan - costed for S&OP input
- Deliver communication on the supply health, supplier performance and supply risks.
- Review and recommend changes to the Inventory policy to ensure it is fit for purpose
- Deliver the supply inputs to the S&OE/S&OP handover process
- Execute the S&OP Supply process for the Consumer business
- Deliver inventory plan stock builds for hedging, event management and supplier shutdowns into the Supply Chain planning processes and S&OP.
- Deliver the continuous improvement plans to improve the supply and overall supply chain process
- Participate in the portfolio management process, providing key outputs for decision making

**About you**:

- Sound business acumen and understanding of P&L relationships
- 3 years plus of Supply planning discipline in Tier 1 or 2 global companies
- 3 years plus working within a mature S&OP and or IBP framework
- 3 years plus proficiency in Supply system platforms
- Demonstrated customer focus and sound influencing communication
- Demonstrated delivery of CI to improve demand outcomes
- Sound project management skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, excel mandatory)
- Sap knowledge is advantageous
- Other supply chain planning discipline experience an advantage.
