**The opportunity**:
**Kinetic** are on the lookout for a passionate **Administration Assistant**, who will play a crucial role in providing operational support to ensure the optimal performance of our bus services, originating from our **Molendinar depot**. This position also involves offering administrative assistance to the Depot Manager and/or Service Delivery Manager.
**You'll be involved in**:
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, maintaining information files and processing personnel paperwork including daily timesheets, onboarding, leave and exit forms.
Document/Record information for meetings, personnel, lost property, and contractor management.
Enter, transcribe, record, store, and maintain information in written or electronic form.
Support and contribute to the investigation of incidents and complaints locating and obtaining CCTV footage as required.
Manage inventory of depot supplies; purchase supplies and equipment when needed.
Collection and distribution of uniforms within area of responsibility
Oversee facility management and maintenance, coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as required.
Any other tasks assigned which may be reasonably requested from time to time, which contribute to the success of the organisation.

- Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations and positive approach to a continual changing work environment
- Excellent computer literacy - Microsoft Suite of products as well as ability to learn in-house software packages
