Key Role: Clinical Lead in Infant, Youth, Child & Family Care
The Clinical Lead is accountable for delivering high-quality clinical services to infants, youth, children, and their families. To achieve this, the individual will utilize sound clinical reasoning and effective problem-solving skills to enhance health outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide supervision and mentoring to staff members, focusing on offering clinical advice, support, consultation, and education to clinicians.
Lead a team in addressing complex mental health challenges faced by children, youth, and their families and carers, ensuring evidence-based, person-centred clinical care delivery.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field such as clinical psychology, occupational therapy, or social work.
Proven leadership experience in managing clinical teams and handling complex mental health cases.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
