In this Full-Time role you'll work with Design, Sourcing, and Production, you'll bring seasonal palettes to life - making sure every hue hits the mark and holds up in the real world.
From lab dips to print checks and fastness tests, your sharp eye keeps our colours bold, consistent, and on-brand.

Ever since our formation we've never been content settling for the norm; we're constantly evolving and challenging the status quo, inspired by the restless few who influence style, shape the future and strive to be 1% better everydayKey Tasks & ResponsibilitiesTrack and manage lab dips across all fabrics and trims for seasonal and core programsReview submissions for colour accuracy (Pantone, swatches, CADs) and provide clear vendor feedbackMaintain lab dip records in PLM or internal systemsColour Approval & ExecutionEnsure colour consistency across substrates (fabrics, trims, prints)Align with Design on visual intent and Raw Materials on technical feasibilityReview BPS/BTS submits for continuity and flag discrepancies earlyTesting & ComplianceCoordinate fastness testing (wash, light, rub, etc.) to meet performance standardsReview third-party lab reports (e.g., SGS) and ensure compliance before bulk approvalManage test failures and corrective actions with suppliersCross-Functional CollaborationWork with Design, Development, and Sourcing on seasonal colour directionCommunicate expectations clearly with mills and vendorsParticipate in handover and pre-production meetings to keep colour alignedDocumentation & Colour LibraryMaintain an organized digital and physical colour libraryUpdate internal systems with approved codes and referencesMonitor bulk colour issues, identify root causes, and improve first-time approvalsSupport dual-sourcing by validating colour consistency across suppliersContribute to process improvements and SOP development1+ Year Experience in a Colour roleFamiliar with textile compliance & sustainabilityFoundational knowledge of textiles, including fabric construction, fibres, finishes, and performance propertiesUnderstanding of colour testing and validation, colour ManagementWilling to TravelStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAdaptable - we're growing exponentially and so things are changing left right and centre
