**Colour Expert Role**

As a key team member, you'll be responsible for achieving flawless colour consistency across various fabrics and trim. Working closely with Design, Sourcing, and Production teams, you will collaborate to create seasonal palettes that accurately meet our quality standards.

The Job Details
  • Manage and track lab dips for seasonal and core programs, reviewing submissions for colour accuracy and maintaining records of lab dips.
  • Ensure consistent colour outcomes across substrates by aligning with the design vision and assessing third-party lab reports.
  • Coordinate fastness testing, manage test failures, and clearly communicate expectations to vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain an organised digital and physical colour library, update internal systems, and monitor bulk colour issues.

We seek a candidate with at least one year's experience in a Colour-related role, familiar with textile compliance and sustainability principles, as well as foundational knowledge of textiles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, along with adaptability and a willingness to travel.
