**A day in a life of a Payroll Technical SME**

We have a superb opportunity for someone with demonstrated experience in PayGlobal to support our Payroll team at Jemena. It's definitely a bonus if you have SAP experience as well. This is a **hybrid role **for anyone based in **Melbourne**.

You will see yourself doing the following:

- Support systems configuration and work with different stakeholders to establish and maintain best practice;
- Continuously improve and streamline the payroll systems environment and staff experience;
- When needed, you will see yourself working on any systems upgrades, implementations, integrations, etc;
- Support Award compliance, legislation changes and quality control;
- Provide payroll team and internal teams with training and support, including product functionality demonstrations
- Assisting the Payroll team with escalated system functionality queries
- Working with relevant groups such as IT, HR, HRS, Tax & procurement groups to ensure efficient end-to-end employee processes

**About You**

You definitely consider yourself a **technical expert** in the system. You have worked in the background on systems and provided the necessary support to Payroll.
