Job Overview

This role involves providing administrative and payroll support, executing accurate data entry and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing:
    • Providing administration and payroll support, assisting with daily operational tasks.
    • Executing accurate data entry and maintaining payroll records.
    • Responding to routine payroll inquiries and escalating complex issues as necessary.
    • Calculating employee termination and redundancy payments.
    • Assisting with deductions/overpayments.
  • Payroll Helpdesk:
    • Responding to and resolving customer tickets, calls and queries in a timely manner.
    • Escalating enquiries to SMEs when required.
    • Providing quality customer service while demonstrating the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical enquiries.
    • Participating in projects to enhance payroll and broader business objectives and outcomes.
About You

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in payroll processing and/or helpdesk experience.

  • Prior experience with Chris21 would be highly desirable but not essential.
  • Be a strong communicator and have excellent customer service skills.
  • Be adaptable, eager to learn, and a team player.
  • Have strong attention to detail.
  • Have proficiency across Microsoft office products including Outlook and Excel.
