The key objectives of this team are: Ensuring successful & consistent delivery of FICO Software/solutions to customers in every industry.
Effectively manage commercials by securing committed revenue & maintain healthy margins.
Effective change management to secure additional revenue for the organization.
As a Project Manager within our Professional Services team, you will play a key role in the growth of our Services practice, help implement best practice and new methodologies, and help our organization to deliver projects as per agreed scope, schedule & budget ensuring higher revenue & maintain healthy margins for the organization.
Our Project Managers manages a diverse portfolio of customers and projects that will vary in size, complexity, industry domain, and use-case in general across their entire.
Responsibilities Successful project implementation by using project management best practices & methodologies and effective Technical Delivery Management skills.
Manage a project team of functional and technical consultants (internal & external) Good understanding of FICO products to be able to converse with the client in a knowledgeable and confident manner.
Build trusted client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Interpret different commercial and contractual terms and manage the project as per agreed terms & conditions of the contract.
Support Country Services leaders, Practice Leads and Sales teams on pre- sales activity and proposals (incl. Statements of Work approvals/ Project Management estimates) Adhere to PMO Governance & Project Reporting using Project management tools.
