ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Senior Project Manager, you will take the lead on high-value luxury residential housing projects, overseeing the full lifecycle from concept design through to construction and handover.
This is a senior leadership role where you will not only manage client relationships but also mentor junior project managers and play a key part in driving the consultancy's growth and success.
DUTIES Lead and deliver multiple projects across the full lifecycle Provide strategic input during early design and approvals stages Build, manage, and grow strong client relationships Oversee and coordinate external consultants and contractors Mentor, guide, and develop junior team members Ensure project outcomes, budgets, and timelines are achieved Contribute to business development and work-winning activity SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 7+ years' local consultancy experience Proven track record delivering luxury residential housing projects Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management capability Comprehensive end-to-end project management expertise Commercially astute with strong contract administration knowledge Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills Ability to drive outcomes and maintain high standards under pressure CULTUREThe business fosters an open, transparent, and high-performing culture.
