About the Role
You will lead a portfolio of projects across the Commercial, Retail, Industrial, and Residential sectors, managing everything from procurement and design through to contracts administration and delivery.
Projects span refurbishment, fit-out, and new build developments, giving you the chance to broaden your expertise while working directly with major clients.

Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from concept to completion
Lead and coordinate external consultants and contractors
Oversee procurement, design, tender, and delivery processes
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years' local consultancy experience in project management
Degree in a property or construction-related discipline
Proven capability across refurbishment, fit-out, and new build projects
Experience in residential and commercial new build developments highly regarded
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
