About the role

Who we're looking for?
- We want to meet you if:

- You are an experienced Executive Assistant/Agency Manager who understands the creative industry.
- Can confidently reach out to ministers' offices or government departments and are not afraid to pick up the phone.
- Have the ability to push our agency forward, helping with the day-to-day operations, including producing agendas, attending client meetings and supporting the CEO and Managing Director to progress our systems and processes.

What you will need to bring with you?
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong spelling and writing skills
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude
- Great at multitasking
- Strong computer skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Diary Management for CEO
- Assist with business development and researching potential new clients.
- Agency management (traffic of projects with all staff)
- Support the Managing Director with overseeing administration processes and procedures
- Support with client management
- Other general duties
