Insolvency & Restructuring Senior Accountant

What we're looking for
Bachelor of Commerce or Business (Accounting) degree.
3–6 years' insolvency experience.
Strong investigation skills, with a proven track record in successful recovery of voidable transactions.
In-depth knowledge of the Corporations Act and relevant insolvency legislation.
CA or CPA qualified (or working towards).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail with a proactive, accountable approach.
Ability and willingness to mentor junior team members.

What you'll be doing
Managing and assisting with external administrations, with primary conduct of some small to medium administrations.
Supervising and mentoring insolvency accountants.
Liaising directly with directors, creditors, lawyers, and other stakeholders.
Preparing detailed reports and undertaking investigations into insolvent companies and individuals.
Assisting with litigation and recovery actions.
Supporting the control and sale of distressed assets and businesses.
