**The firm**
Our client is a mid-tier award winning firm, they are looking for a PA to be part of a busy litigation group. This is a wonderful opportunity is to join one of Melbourne's top employers.

**The opportunity**
This well-known firm are seeking an intermediate to senior Legal Secretary / PA to support in the litigation team to provide support to a fantastic principle and 3 to 4 lawyers.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Diary management
- Prepare and format Documents - handle correspondence, draft court documents, type letters
- Billing
- Handle telephone calls for the team
- File management - open/close files
- Assist other personal assistants and lawyers as necessary
- General administrative support
- Arranging and managing travel

**About you**
Ideally you will have previous 5 years + experience as a Legal Assistant/PA supporting in Litigation. You will be able to hit the ground running and demonstrate excellent communication and diary management skills.

You will need to have strong Microsoft Word and typing skills, be highly organised and have the ability to juggle a busy workload and varying deadlines.
