About Andrew Pickett Law
Founded by trial attorney Andrew Pickett, our firm brings over 15 years of trial experience and a reputation for excellence in personal injury litigation. With over 50 jury trials taken to verdict, Andrew's background as a former prosecutor shapes our fearless, client-first approach to advocacy. We are a mission-driven team committed to helping the injured secure the justice and compensation they deserve. About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with personal injury experience to join our growing team. The right candidate will bring a strong litigation background, ideally from the plaintiff's side (though defense experience will be considered), along with a track record of stability and commitment in prior roles. If you're ready to take ownership of your cases, thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and want to be part of a firm that genuinely values your contribution — this could be the right fit for you.

· Supervise litigation paralegals and collaborate with the pre-suit team
· Negotiate settlements and manage post-settlement processes
· Monitor and support the litigation department's KPIs and performance goals
· Conduct legal research, attend CLEs, and ensure full case documentation
· J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Florida
· 2–3+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
· Strong legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
· Solid judgment, client rapport, and attention to detail
· Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently and efficiently
· Familiarity with legal practice management software
Preferred Attributes
· Demonstrated long-term commitment in previous roles
· Trial experience or strong desire to gain courtroom exposure
· High level of accountability and a team-player mindset
