This role is pivotal in supporting our team with the delivery of comprehensive property consultancy services, contributing to our continued growth and success.
Responsibilities Business Processes and Development: Manage and develop business processes, organisational structures, and the delivery of asset management and FM services in both public and private sectors.Implementation of Standards: Work with recognised international standards such as ISO55000 or ISO41000.Client Engagements: Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring the delivery of project outcomes within time and budget constraints.Procurement Process: Manage the asset management and FM services procurement process, including development of specifications, KPIs, payment mechanisms, evaluation, and contract negotiation.System Management: Work with FM or asset management systems to deliver project outcomes.Communication and Analysis: Maintain strong written and verbal communication capabilities and analytical skills.Software Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Project).
Qualifications and Skills Education: A tertiary qualification in Business, Building, Asset Management, or Facilities Management.Experience: Minimum of 10 years commercial experience across asset management and FM services procurement processes.Accreditation: Accreditation with an industry body such as FMA, IFMA, IAM, IPWEA, RICS, or AIQS.Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, and Project).
Communication: High-level verbal and written communication skills.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities.Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously or within a team to deliver project outcomes.Team Player: Strong organisational skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Time Management: Proven ability to manage deadlines and work across multiple projects simultaneously.Proactivity: A self-motivated and solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
