Asset Management Career

We are seeking professionals to join our national Asset Management Advisory team. This is an opportunity to apply your skills to projects that improve the performance, reliability and sustainability of infrastructure and assets communities rely on every day.

About the Role
  • Support end-to-end project delivery, from analysis through to client engagement and outcomes.
  • Translate technical data and insights into clear advice and practical decisions for clients.
  • Contribute to solutions in areas such as asset management strategies, performance improvement, system design and asset condition assessments.
  • Collaborate with senior advisors on initiatives spanning operational readiness, reliability engineering and productivity improvement.
Requirements
  • A degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into outcomes.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Professional experience (Big Four or similar) and an interest in engineering, infrastructure or asset management.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and a willingness to learn and grow.

Experience in areas such as strategy, operations, asset performance, or sustainability (including decarbonisation) will be highly regarded, but not essential.
