**Job Description**:
**WHO ARE YOU?**
As a key member of our Program Delivery and Business Operations teams, this role is critical in supporting the effective implementation and delivery of Smiling Mind's education and workplace programs, and office administration. We are looking for a dedicated, empathetic team member that is passionate about mental health, wellbeing, and bringing about generational change in Australia.
To be successful in this role you will need to have impeccable customer service and administrative skills. We are looking for a proactive, high-energy individual who has a strong passion for delivering a great customer experience, and wants to work in a fast-paced work environment.
This role works across both our programs and operations teams and you will need to enjoy a variety of responsibilities, supporting Smiling Mind to improve systems and processes.
Please note this is a 6 month contract.
**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**
The role has responsibility in delivering program and office administration responsibilities including:
- Maintenance of event bookings system, including creating and disabling booking timeslots
- Updating process and training documentation
- Integrated system planning, testing, and reporting
- Assist with multiple system support and Quality Assurance processes
- Administration of pre and post workshop communications and resources
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Maintaining our premises to a high standard, including coordinating supplies and suppliers
- Administratively onboarding and offboarding new staff
You will be expected to use initiative to get the job done, will be challenged to perform at your very best, and in return get the opportunity to learn from inspiring and skilled team members achieving life changing results for our community.

**Qualifications**:
**YOU'VE GOT**:
- ** **2+ years' of experience in an administration or program delivery setting
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- Tech savvy, including experience with Google Workspace.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team.
- Interest in the community/mental health sector (desirable)
